Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

When will my order be shipped?

Our warehouse’s standard operating days are Monday to Friday.
During regular periods, all orders received before 12:00 (+8 GMT) will be shipped within the same day. Next day shipping on domestic orders is also available for an additional fee.
During peak periods (including but are not limited to holidays, new collection release and events), we ask that you allow a few additional working days for fulfillment. In the event of any fulfillment delays our team will do its utmost to keep you informed.

Shipping Carrier Information

Domestic orders are shipped via JNE. Complimentary domestic shipping will be offered to orders over IDR 2.000.000.

International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx or EMS Indonesian Post.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Lovers Collectibles accepts some variety of payment options. Domestic orders can be paid via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Virtual Account, QRis, Bank Mandiri, GoPay and other digital payment services. For international orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and other.
Prices appear on this Webstore include sales tax unless otherwise stated.
All transactions are debited at the time you place an order.

Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In any cases you would like to exchange items, you have within the same day of receiving your items to request an exchange, and within 2 days to return the items. All valid exchanges will be processed within 7 working days.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and complete in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we can’t accept exchanges on discounted items, and we only accept size exchanges (as long as stock available). In case we sent wrong items/sizes, and the correct size isn’t available, you can exchange with different items of the same value or higher (by adding on the price difference). Returns that are damaged when we receive them will not be processed.

All shipping costs (customer to Lovers Collectibles and vice versa) will be your responsibility. We will cover shipping expense only if the items received are wrong/defective by our mistake. Any claims of defective or missing items will be reviewed only when you have video proof of unboxing the package.
